MSSB Integration: Supply and installation of mains power connections to the new Mechanical Services Switchboard, facilitating improved control of mechanical systems. 

Switchboard Changeover: 

Comprehensive Replacement: Execution of a full switchboard changeover, including: 

Light and Power Switchboards: Upgrading to modern switchboards to enhance safety and capacity. 

Generator ATS Panel: Installation of a new Automatic Transfer Switch panel to ensure seamless power transition during outages. 

Main Switchboard (MSB): Replacement of the MSB to accommodate increased load requirements and future expansion. 

Distribution Boards (DBs): Upgrading four DBs to improve power distribution efficiency and reliability.
