Managing a job of this scale requires tight coordination between trades. We looked after both the core mechanical and refrigeration electrical components on site. Keeping these related disciplines under one roof resulted in a clean build that kept the wider project moving. 

Wiring the Refrigeration Plant 

Pharmaceutical distribution demands strict temperature control to protect the products. We executed the electrical systems for the refrigeration units with extreme attention to detail. Our team worked methodically to give the site a reliable backbone for its specific cooling requirements. 

Integrating Plant Control Systems 

We installed a Resource Data Management control system to give the client complete oversight. This platform provides ongoing monitoring and drives long-term efficiency for the entire cooling network. Facility operators can now accurately track performance and manage the refrigeration plant properly.

Working Around Heavy Automation 

The new API facility features heavy automation, including mezzanine structures, conveyors, and secure vaults. We stayed closely aligned with the automation teams to run our services without conflicting with their setups. Keeping communication tight meant we could easily adapt our routing as the moving components went in. 

Managing the Massive Footprint 

The project had a firm timeline, and the sheer scale of the site meant we had massive ground to cover. Our approach kept the work precise by tackling the complex installations section by section. By staying organised and pushing the pace, we hit our marks on time and within budget.
