Gourmania Chef are a company producing bulk, ready to eat meals and due to their expansion required a new custom designed facility to be built. MECS were involved from the beginning helping with the design of the refrigeration control system as well as the mechanical electrical for the office fit out.
The site consisted of cool rooms, freezer rooms and a plate freezer, all up three racks were required all having three compressors each. The Danfoss system monitors all the plant and can be accessed by the refrigeration company and the owner anywhere, any time.
