Replacing End-Of-Life Equipment 

First step was getting rid of the tired equipment that was on its last legs. We replaced it with new systems better suited to how those buildings get used, so the spaces hold comfort properly across the day instead of drifting around or needing constant fiddling. 

Installing The New BMS 

We also put in a new Building Management System (BMS) to bring the control side up to scratch. That gives the school better control over heating and cooling and helps the systems run smarter in the background rather than just hammering away when they do not need to. 

Running The Site More Efficiently 

This upgrade was not just about new equipment for the sake of it. With the new systems and BMS working together, the school can run the buildings more efficiently and cut down wasted run time, which helps bring the power bills back under control. 

Testing, Commissioning, and Handover 

Once everything was in, we tested and commissioned the lot to make sure it was doing what it should. Then we handed it over as a clean, practical setup that is easy to live with.
