RUAH Mechanical Electrical & Controls Installation 

Scope of Work

Mechanical, electrical, and controls installation for RUAH’s new multi-storey women’s and children’s refuge in Northbridge. This included the full Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB), control systems, rooftop mechanical wiring, and essential power infrastructure throughout the building, delivered to support efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.

Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) Installation 

Supplied and installed the full Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) as part of the mechanical services electrical scope for the building. 

 

Control Systems and Automated Operation 

Installed control systems to support automated operation across building services, including fan systems and associated controls. 

 

Rooftop Mechanical Wiring and Essential Power Infrastructure 

Completed rooftop mechanical wiring for mechanical services and delivered essential power infrastructure throughout the building to support day-to-day operation.
