Mechanical Electrical and Controls Installation 

This was a building-wide install, covering apartments, shared services, and BOH areas. The focus was simple: deliver a setup that is reliable day-to-day and practical to maintain. 

VRF Air Conditioning Wiring 

We completed the wiring for the VRF air conditioning in every apartment so residents can stay comfortable year-round. It is the sort of work that needs to be done cleanly the first time, because access later is never as simple. 

MSSB Serving Car Park and BOH Areas 

The car park controls and BOH areas were served by the MSSB, providing straightforward control of essential services and a logical structure for isolation and servicing. 

Touchscreen CO Monitoring and Fan Control 

A touchscreen interface supports CO monitoring and control of the integrated car park fan, allowing ventilation to respond to real conditions in the space while supporting AS 1668 requirements. 

Commissioning and Final Checks 

We finished with tidy cabling, clean commissioning, and controls that are easy to use. Quiet, reliable, and ready to run.
