BP Service Station Applecroos
Small fruit are sweet. This little project we completed included a cool room, freezer room and we also captured the HVAC in our SOW. Our team are WPCG accredited so working in service stations is another space we have experience in.
Malvern Springs Primary School
Another project where MECS has used a cost-effective and open protocol system RDM Australia. This time RDM was used to control the air supplies to interlock with the Fujitsu central controller to keep the children learning in perfect conditions.
Coles Inglewood HVAC upgrade
Envar relied on our vast experience in the supermarket industry for a project with a very tight deadline. We helped keep the store operational while modifying the Emerson controls and the two MSSB’s. New equipment installed all new pumps, fans, AHU’s, chillers and boilers.
IGA Taylor Rd LED Upgrade
Working with Elevage Lighting Group we had an engineer design a layout and select fittings to reach the desired lux level throughout the store while maximising the efficiency. Not only will the power bill be greatly reduced the maintenance costs of changing fluorescent tubes will be non-existent as the LED technology will last for up to 50,000 hours. As this store trades 24/7 we expect pay time to be around 2 years.
Center West Carrot Farm Ammonia Plant
Switchboard manufactured in house to contain power distribution as well as SIEMENS controls to control and monitor the water flow via VSD’s. High level interface with the PLC’s in the 4 GEA Ammonia compressor sets allows us to remotely monitor and control the complete system.
